Don't see a class/time that works for you? Suggest your own and we will add it in as long as my time works!
You book your group class like a private, we discuss class time and format. Please click below "class description" to find your class. Once confirmed, I will open your class to everyone on the platform and welcome anyone to join.
In addition, I'm adding other wellness activities that I'm participating onto the calendar, feel free to join.
